      Shipping policy

      COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

      We are currently shipping all orders via FedEx or USPS First Class/Priority Mail. If we are unable to ship to you, we will contact you asap and your order will be held until we are able to ship again.  

      SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

      Rates are calculated through a Fedex or USPS rate calculator. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. Please contact Hello@shopluxlifelabel.com if you have any questions. 

      TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

      We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED.”

      DELIVERY
      Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after two weeks, please notify Hello@shopluxlifelabel.com

      RETURN POLICY

      NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from when shipment is received. Notice must be given at Hello@shopluxlifelabel.com within 2 days upon receipt for any problems or concerns with the merchandise. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item(s) back to LUXLIFE for the exchange. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
